Hi,
I am new to this forum.I have a general question regarding Employer's contribution to PF.
Can the employer shows its contribution to PF in an employee's monthly gross?
In my offer letter, the Employer contribution to pf is shown in my monthly gross and every month employer deducts its contribution from my monthly gross and pays the salary.
And also i want to know if the employer contribution to PF is extra to employee CTC or it should be included in employee's CTC
Regards,
Nitesh

Hi Nitesh,
PF contribution of employer side is a part of CTC.. and its not a part of your gross salary..
But its the structure they may be following that apart from including the same to your CTC have included in gross salary..

Please clear it more in detail as i also would like to like clear if the employer contribution towards PF is to be deducted from employee's salary.
I do see some change in the gross salary mentioned between my appointment latter and monthly pay slip (Appt.letter-12500 and pay slip-11825 where as net salary is same in both.)In appintment letter it is mentioned that employer PF rs. 675/- would be deducted from my salary but they don't mention it in the pay slip.
Is it O.K. to deduct the Employer PF along with employee PF from employee salary?
Difference between CTC and gross salary? How to find CTC of yours?
Please clear!
Thanks
