I'm pursuing my P.G in HRM. I'm doing my project on Training & Development, specifically focusing on the T&D function in a mid-sized firm. I am covering the entire process of training, starting with setting objectives and ending with evaluation. This project involves outsourced training, so I need sample questionnaires and additional materials on T&D.

Ok, my objective of the study is to review the training process of the organization and give recommendations and suggestions to improve or rather make more effective the training department of the company.

Actually, I am confused with the analysis as to what questions need to be asked. I thought of asking about how they go about with the training process. For example, what methods are adopted for training, whether cognitive or behavioral methods, and how the training sessions are evaluated.

So, I just need help with what more questions need to be asked, keeping in mind the training process/cycle and other relevant questions for outsourced training.
