I am working with Corp. HR, dealing with matters of executives only and have little knowledge about labor laws. I am trying to improve upon this. I would like to know about the All India Consumer Price Index Number for Industrial Workers. What monthly figures (like 132, 133, or 134) represent? What is the linking factor (All India = 4.63)? Please explain in detail.
