The article was indeed good and very informative. Also, one suggestion: If there were an example of how it could be implemented, it would have been great.
In our management studies, we have come across these theories and definitions. As we graduate and enter the job world, we are so engrossed in our day-to-day activities that we forget these basic things and hunt for solutions everywhere. All it needs is to incorporate them into our day-to-day activities. This article reminds us of this aspect.
