This is the formula that I am using in my company to calculate the attrition rate.

Total employees left / Average Manpower * 100.

Average Manpower = Opening + Closing of Manpower for that particular month / 2

Dear Gangar Jigar,

Can you provide details about the formula's result, which means 100 multiples of only the average number of employees?

Employee Turnover = Total Separations / Average Employee * 100
or
Employee Turnover = (Total separations / Average Employee) * 100

Please give me a reply.

Thanks & Regards,
