Dear Experts, I have gone through the various threads on CiteHR on the topic. My specific question is:
We give a fixed amount for daily commutation/conveyance to data entry operators who are on minimum wages (Maharashtra) purely due to the location of the office. The same is given on the basis of days attended. The amount is fixed and varies as per the days attended.
Is there any way that we can pay this as part of the salary without attracting PF/ESIC? There is no possibility of producing bills as mostly auto-rickshaw travel.
Requesting experts to kindly help on the above.
Warm Regards
From India, Mumbai
