Dear Jalsa-Reddy,

There are multiple factors involved in BGV failure. Most employers conduct background verification including but not limited to Education, Previous Employment, Address Verification, Criminal Record Verification, Database Check, Reference Check, Drug Test, and/or National Identity Check. Exiting without proper handover, non-compliance of the Notice Period, providing false details to the new employer, etc., are major factors contributing to BGV Failure. Leaving your employer without proper exit formalities could lead to serious situations.

My statement may seem harsh, but the terms mentioned in the Appointment letter extend beyond your CTC (Money); it is essential to read and understand all the terms and conditions of employment. Often, we negotiate salary without paying attention to the full terms of employment.

Your reason for dual employment during the three-month period may be unethical, as it appears you took leave from your first employment and began working at the second without understanding the consequences of dual employment.

Since the contributions already made by your employer to your PF Account are irreversible, it is crucial to openly inform your new employer about the issue with a genuine explanation to ensure your candidature is considered.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Best regards,
