Gentleman,
I have submitted my resignation to the director, and he has also accepted. Except for HR and the Director , no one knows that I have submitted the resignation and I am in the notice period. Is it ok to share a mail to all my colleagues about my resignation and the last date of my employment in the organisation?
Pls advice

Hi, It is suggested that you follow the resignation/separation process which is in vogue currently in your Organisation.
In general no employer like a resigned employee propagate about his/her resignation among all employees.
So discuss with your HR / immediate Superior before you shoot the email.
Also why you intent to communicate about resignation through email ? Probably on your last working day you may communicate to your Team Member alone which will be prudent.

Last day if they come to know , it will surprise for them . Most of the people approach me as if I am going to continue in this organisation. It is going to be embarassing situation , if they come to know during the last day
