Hi! Few of our employees are going on-site to Singapore, whereas our company is situated in Hyderabad. So, the client company will pay our company each month a certain amount per employee who went onsite (Singapore). Then, our company will pay their salaries into their salary accounts. Do we need to make any changes or amendments to the payslip compared to employees working from the office? Are there any other compliances that our home company has to undergo?
Hi,
Since the salary process remains the same (salary amount credited to an Indian Bank account), there is no need to amend the payslip.
However, if the employees going on-site are eligible for additional remuneration apart from their salary, then a separate letter can be issued to them. The letter should state that following their posting on-site, they are eligible for Tour allowance, Deputation allowance, or a revised salary of ___. It should be mentioned in the letter that they are eligible for the additional remuneration only for the duration they are placed on-site.
