At my first organization, I was on the bench from 1st Jan 2021. We were asked to look for jobs. I got a new job in the second organization, wherein the HR there asked me to resign the same day, that is on 8th Jan, and gave me the offer letter for the same. But due to some reasons, the letter came up with an error and never reached the company. On the next day, I sent a mail again which went through.
The issue here is what happened: my first organization resignation got accepted on 11th Jan as 9th Jan was a Saturday. However, for my second organization, the joining date was on 8th Jan, where (8th, 9th, 10th, 11th January) shows as dual employment. Now, when I am applying for a third organization, no company is ready to hire me due to the dual employment issue.
Please help.

Seriously? No company is willing to give you a job because of a 4 day overlap? Did they tell you that there was an overlap as the reason for rejection?
