Salary structure, I mean, components of salary need not be uniform as applicable to all the cadres and posts. There could be different structures and components depending on duties and responsibilities attached to each post/cadre.

HI Ankur, Not at all.. You may (+-) components basis grades, however for junior level you must ensure adhering all the compliances (Minimum wages, Esic, PF, Bonus, etc) Regards Piyush
