Hi,
As required, please find attached the Application for Renewal of Licence under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970)/ the Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979 (30 of 1979).

Maybe if the renewal of the license for Contract Labour, an online facility may be available. Browse through the website of the Labour Dept. Kerala- http://www.lc.kerala.gov.in/; https://lcas.lc.kerala.gov.in/office/onlinehome.php. I hope this helps.

Please find attached FORM II for Labour Licence Renewal Application as per the latest amendment. The same form is used for both fresh and renewal applications under ISMW & CLRA. However, recently, it has been made mandatory to submit fresh license applications online via the Shrama Suvidha Portal.
