For example, from the payroll sheet to appointment letter to FnF letter formats and templates, and other forms if applicable, since I do not know all these details.
Additionally, for how long should we maintain these documents? For instance, PF payment slips, ESI payment slips, salary sheets, and other documents. Can we maintain all compliance documents in a digital format, or should there be hard copy versions of them?
