You have not mentioned the topic of the HR workshop. If it is general, suggest covering the following:
1. Objectives of the HR department in general (without explaining the HR Manual).
2. HR strategies you have planned or are working on for the present and future.
3. Challenges being faced by HR, e.g., discipline, recruitment, attendance (without sounding negative), learning, etc., seeking employees' cooperation.
4. End it with a short motivational video.
Keep it simple and understandable.

Dear Madam,

Unless you clarify why you want to conduct this, what the end result you aim to achieve is, who the target group is, and why it is called a workshop, it is futile to make any suggestions.
