Need work from home guidelines to share with employees.

All employment-related guidelines framed by the employer (management) and made known to employed/engaged-to-work persons remain valid despite transient location shifts. Such unforeseen situations like Covid-19 related "transitions" may occur in the future, too, where neither the employer nor the employee sets the stage to complete the work.

Thoughtfully design your suitable model to optimize the opportunity amidst the legal framework.

Dear All,

I hope all are safe at home. For women employees who are on Maternity Leave, we were paying their salaries. However, during this lockdown period, is the employer still liable for their salaries, or can we stop paying them? Please comment.

Regards,
Pourna.
