Bonus eligibility - if i work more than 30 days i am eligible for bonus?

I had joined on 27th of May 2018. This year in October, our company has given bonuses, but they had not given one to me. As per my understanding, if I work more than 30 days, I am eligible for a bonus. Could you please clarify the same?
