If you are good in English, you can conduct the English Training class by yourself. First, create a training module with the syllabus to be covered. You may teach them grammar, sentence formation, etc. You can try a communicative English approach which will be very practical.

However, you need to provide them with a practical approach that is necessary for their day-to-day use in the workplace. Perhaps simple grammatical English knowledge is sufficient. Soft skills are also important, especially as a US freight forwarder is involved. Go ahead, all the best.

Try putting a movie time fun activity with a short quiz. For example, pick a corporate-based fun movie like "Legally Blonde" or an animation movie like "Up in the Air" with English subtitles. Create a short quiz on whose dialogue was this or what did this mean, etc. That way, they will pay attention to the communication and get a hold on colloquial words in use.
Usually, employees find it difficult to get trained along with the workload they have to complete within a given deadline. You can spare 3 hours once a week where they can listen to an English movie and debate in a fun way. Let me know if you try this and if this works. It definitely worked for my employees. :)
