What are the commissions or percentages on placing US IT Recruiters in staffing and recruiting companies? We are about to start a new business in placing US IT Recruiters and Bench Sales Recruiters for staffing or consulting agencies seeking third-party help.

1. We would like to know more details about the percentage we will make on placing a US IT Recruiter candidate.
2. Do they pay based on the "years of experience" or something else?
3. What are the payment terms, and when will we get paid?
4. Do you have a sample agreement that is typically used when we start working with these staffing and recruiting companies?
