My previous organization, A, didn't issue my relieving letter but accepted my letter of resignation. They informed me that I would have to reapply as a fresher due to a bond agreement. However, they did create a UAN for me. Now, I have been selected by organization B. My UAN is linked to my Aadhar. What should I do? Should I conceal the UAN?

Dear Friend, You don’t have the option to hide or do any thing, every process of PF linked with your Aadhar card.

Hi,
You should share your UAN with your new employer to continue with the same UAN. After two months of service with your current new employer, you may transfer your old PF contributions to your current employer's PF account. Your old employer also has to approve this transfer with the DOR in their login.

When Company B tries to create your new UAN, it will not be possible because your Aadhaar is already linked to your previous employment. This entire process takes time to understand your service history, so keep calm and don't try to hide your previous UAN.
