Dear Respected Members,

I request your assistance in finding out the recent amendments made in Labour Laws. I have only been able to locate amendments up to 2010. Could you please provide me with the information I seek?

Specifically, I would like to know:
1. The wage ceiling for bonus and the wage used for bonus calculation; minimum bonus %
2. The gratuity ceiling
3. The ESI salary
4. The EPF & Misc. Act
5. Workmen's Compensation Act
6. Factories Act

Additionally, have there been any changes to these acts that are relevant to the retail industry? I am eagerly seeking the details mentioned above. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
