For a office staff whom we are paying salary of RS 7000per mth and to workers we are paying minimum wage which is 320 per hour. Is there any definition for minimum salary?

Please refer to the notification of 'minimum wages' issued from time to time by your state government. Are you sure you pay workers wages at Rs. 320 per hour? If so, it may work out to approximately Rs. 64,000 per month (320x8x25).
Could you clarify if these workers are regular employees or part-time workers? Also, why are you paying them on an hourly basis instead of a monthly salary?
