Dear Sir/Madam,

I am working as an HR Manager in a private manufacturing unit. My entire workforce has the wrong Aadhar number (and other details as well) mentioned in their EPF accounts. When I tried to change it online through the EPFO member portal from their logins, the Aadhar column seems to be frozen and cannot be changed. Now the whole EPF process has gone online, and the office is not accepting any documents. Online, it is not changing either.

Please guide on what should be done in such a case.

Noted, we can change their details to modify the basic information. You can update the name based on the Aadhar number, date of birth, and gender as well. If you have the username and password for the employees, you can make the changes in the member portal, madam.
