I think you are in MBA-HR, and the compulsory internship is the present assignment. Still, you haven't provided information on the business activities this company is involved in. In the absence of this information, a proper structure cannot be drawn out. However, the information contained in this link will guide you through:

I am aware of how to create this chart in PowerPoint. The information I require is: how are the grades of these employees determined? On what basis and how are employees categorized as Level 1 or Level 2, and so on? If I have a quality manager in my company, how do I decide on what basis he falls under which grade or level in the company? The activities of the company are the same as any other IT company.

Hi, Ms. Sharmila,
Your indication is very general. Can you specify broadly what type of firm is yours? Approximately, what investment are you considering, turnover targeted, staff strength, type of service/product to be provided, clientele to be served, etc.? This information will give us an idea to propose/suggest a meaningful chart.

Dear Kumar,
I already have some good org. chart for my company, but the management wants a change in it. We are an IT US Recruitment company dealing in US recruitment. The total staff is 36, mostly recruiters. We have one employee as a CA who handles finance as FM, and two executives under him. There is one employee as an Operations Head to lead the team of recruiters, with a few team leads under him. The rest are all recruiters, and I am the HR Head. The rest is management.
Please suggest.
