I am working in an e-commerce company for the last 6 months and have been getting paid on time. However, yesterday HR called me, saying that I have been absconding for the last 4 months. Although I have been paid, I am now told that I have to work the next 4 months without pay. This situation arose because my reporting manager left the company four months ago, and since then, no one has instructed me on whom to report to. In the HR portal, my super senior is listed as my reporting manager, but he never asked me to report to him. I tried calling him three times over the past 4 months, but he never answered or replied. I also submitted my expense report twice to him.

What was the system of attendance in your company? Daily logging in or work from home? What was the nature of your work? You said no one is taking reporting from you means what?
