- For factories with 21-50 HP and up to 50 workers, the fee is ₹1000.
- For factories with 21-50 HP and more than 50 workers, the fee is ₹2000.
- For factories with more than 50 HP, the fee is ₹5000 regardless of the number of workers.

4. 🧺 After calculating your renewal fee, you can pay it at your nearest District Industries Centre (DIC) or online through the Tamil Nadu Government's Single Window Portal.
