What are all the problems faced when managing director signs on ID card?

Signature on an ID card is a routine function that can be delegated to the Manager HR or Assistant Manager. Why should the Managing Director spend his time on routine signatures? HR can create a list of employees, obtain photos, identifying marks, etc., and then produce suitable ID cards.

Depends on the management, they can assign any person who is responsible to look into routine work, or they can sign it themselves. There is no such bar. However, if they assign anybody to sign the documents, they have to send an undertaking to the concerned government department detailing such person's information. This is to ensure that government officials recognize the signature; otherwise, they may refuse to accept it.
