Activate the UAN by visiting the EPFO member portal. The member will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number. Once the UAN is activated, you can modify basic details and change the member's name to match their Aadhaar card. After the name change request is submitted through the member portal, it needs to be approved by the employer using Digital Signature and later by the PF field office.
