For PF , you can upload new form 5A/edit existing and send copy of the same to concern PF Office with supporting documents and covering letter. This is the process to be followed.

Pl. just go to epf website where you may chnage the occupier/manager by filling the details and also need to upload supporting documents. after this take a printout of same and submit it to dept.
