Can you please provide a little more information on what exactly the issue is? Who was recruited, when he/she was recruited, when it was detected that the certificates were fake, who detected it, and how it escaped the scrutiny of the recruitment department, and so on.
What do you mean by "tabular"? The dictionary definition of this word is "of or relating to the table."
Lastly, regarding maintaining anonymity, your post does not necessarily require being anonymous. Just because the option is available does not mean it has to be used. If you are seeking advice from seniors, it's important to be open and transparent. Your post does not come across as very professional.
