Our factory is located near Maraimalai nagar and some of our employees are commuting from R.K.Nagar daily.
Since the by-election is going to be held on 21-12-17 at RK nagar do we need to give on-duty to franchise vote for the employees on the election day (as our factory is not located in the election constituency) or they have apply their leave on that day.
