As per EPFO circular dated 3rd November 2017, the EPFO has stated that for continuance of drawal of pension under Employees Pension Scheme, 1995 the Jeevan Parmaan for the existing pensioners have to be uploaded afresh through the mobile app of "UMANG" from 1st November 2017 in addition to the existing provisions for online uploading. EPFO has directed that Aadhaar seeding in respect of such members have to be completed at the earliest in a time bound manner for which online facility is available in EPFO portal, EPFO has stated that the facility in mobile app "UMANG" will be made available shortly.

I am a retired employee, I have taken VRS in September,1996 at the age of 39yrs in APSRTC and got pension of Rs.666/- under EPS 95 scheeme initiallr and thereafter it was increased to Rs.720/-. It is learnt that Govt. ordered for an amount of Rs.1000/- as minimum pension to all pensioners. but still I am getting the same Rs.720/-
kindly give a directie for my problem.

Dear Sir, it appears you have been availing pension after attaining 50 Years.Consequently, your pension amount reduced by 3% for shortfall in 58 Years i.e less 24%
Anyway, with the documents you may check with EPFO to get more clarity in the matter

Dear Sir , we have one employee, who have already pension certificate Issued by EPFO in 2011 , but now he is working with our organization from last 2 years , and he have new EPF number . Now he want to merge his old EPS account with Current EPF account . So please guide us the procedure of Transfer.

Dear Sanjeev, previous EPS Account/Scheme Certificate can not be merged with his Present EPF Account.EPF/EPS are different.The Employee is already having "Scheme Certificate" from his previous Employment.Please go through relevant Scheme Certificate for clarity.It has to be surrendered to Present EPF Office with covering Letter furnishing his present UAN #, EPS # & other relevant Details.Acknowledgement to be obtained & preserved because PF Dept has history of Misplacing of Documents
