Hi Seniors,
As 1st of July is approaching, requesting on practices that an organization should follow / mandatory practices for ensuring that the creche is made available to women employees who availed maternity benefits:-
1. proximity of the creche from the office?
2. Who should bare the cost of the creche - employer or employee or any other arrangement?
3. till what age should the creche facility be provided - maximum 15 months from birth (post the 26 weeks and Work from home ) ??
4. If the employer is unable to provide for the creche, can an employer reimburse the employee for creche facility?
5. would the nursing time also be counted in the time allocated to visit the creche?
Please share how you are implementing the same in your company?
