Dear All,

I need help in developing a PowerPoint presentation for the induction of new joiners. I have joined the organization 10 days back, and I found that previously HR personnel used simple paper notes to inform about the organization. I suggested to management to consider starting or changing the method. Now, management has given me the responsibility to develop a PowerPoint presentation.

Please share your valuable suggestions.

Onboarding of employees is one of the most critical points in the recruitment and selection process. I suggest you consider the following areas in your presentation:

1. Organization's Mission, Vision, and Objectives
2. Introduction of Key Staff Members with their pictures/organization chart
3. Important organizational policies and regulations
4. Involve the rest of the department to provide a brief overview of their business activities and join your session one by one to discuss and present their department.
5. Departments that could partner in this effort include Finance, Admin, Procurement, Security, and representatives from specific and mandatory business areas.
6. The HR team can cover the remaining points.
