Dear All,
I am working as a Sr. HR executive in a Pvt Ltd firm, currently handling end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles, employee engagement activities, and administration. Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to work on real-time Payroll Management System and Performance Management System. I have 3.5 years of total experience and I am now looking for a change. I am also planning to pursue a certification. Kindly suggest a certification that will enhance my career profile.
During an interview with a reputed MNC last year, I went through all the rounds successfully. However, in the final round, a question was asked by the HR interviewer - "Have you completed any certification programs?" I regretfully answered no.
What industries are HR professionals in demand in? Kindly advise me on how I can enhance my salary scale and avail more learning opportunities.
Regards,

Hi Vinod Kumar,
Could you please mention your current qualification? Also, a diploma in HRM would work well. Alternatively, if you are looking to focus on a particular vertical, you can opt for specialized courses in payroll, soft skill training, etc. There are also distance learning options available for HRM diploma/certificate courses. Good luck!
