Before asking people for passwords, etc., you might need to brush up on your Excel skills. There is no problem with the spreadsheet; I have just downloaded it and had a play with it. All the data entry is done on Sheet 1, and that is NOT protected. The remaining sheets take the data that you enter on Sheet 1 and create the reports and salary slips. So, replace the data on Sheet 1 with your data, and your problem is solved.

Hi,
I have modified the sheet according to some suggestions received:
- Enabled Selection in the protected sheets.
- PF Rate input
- OT Rate input
Many have asked to increase the employee capacity. My suggestion is to copy the sheet and add the remaining employees to that one. I have also added a bank letter and a gratuity & EL encasement calculator.
