Dear .............................

At the outset, we appreciate services rendered by you to the institution so far. You were always ready to extend your contribution to various initiatives of the institution. Your role in organizing industrial visits, external trainings, support to entrepreneur cell programmes are noteworthy.

As per the superannuation policy of the institution, employees attaining the age of 65 will be superannuated and thereafter their services will be utilized on a mutually agreed basis.

Since you have attained the age of 65 as on .............................., you will be superannuated on 31st July 2016.

HR department will guide you on the superannuation process like withdrawing PF benefits, handing over and clearance.

We wish you a happy and peaceful retired life.

Thanking you,

Yours Sincerely

Good effort.
""Since you have attained the age of 65 as on .............................., you will be superannuated on 31st July 2016.""
Kindly make it you will be attaining the age of 65 in the month of Jul,therefore you will be superannuating on 31 Jul 2016.
""and thereafter their services will be utilized on a mutually agreed basis. ""
This portion can be eliminated and taken up separately with employee.
Here topic should be forthcoming superannuation alone.
If he is expected to submit any forms for PF,insurance, commencement of Handing over duties etc, specify dates by which he should do so.

Dear Mr.Neyim Khan
Thanks for your revert.
Since the superannuation policy is finalised and implemented recently, it was not included in the appointment letter. So I could not quote that.
