Hi, As part of ISO procedures every 2 years we have to find the job content of each position and do a job analysis. Can anyone guide me how to go abt doing this?

Vinay,
The simplest and most practical way for you is to get a copy of the standard Job Analysis Questionnaire. If you have this tool, then it will be easy for you to conduct JA even if it is required monthly.
My company has designed and copyrighted an internationally usable JA tool (questionnaire and form), which we sell.
If interested, please call me directly at 0632-776-8537 or 063-916-762-7218.
Best wishes,

Dear Vinay,
The easiest way is to prepare core competencies, i.e., sit with each department head and collect the data. For example, in the Pharma Industry, for a Production Manager, the eligibility criteria include technical skills, experience, job profile, etc.
This is because I have faced audits such as ISO 9001, Safety Audit (GSA), USFDA, and other domestic and international audits, and they have not found any faults.
