Hi Shweta,
Top MNCs are giving more important to the qualification too. They have set the minimum qualification as MBA or MSW. This is according to them is the minimum. Therefore having THIS minimum qualification is a must to be eligible to apply as HR in these top MNCs. This is not some others exp. I am writing this on my personal experience.
Instead of trying to find out whether Qualification is desired or Experience is desired, it is wise to gain the MBA. Having 3+ exp along with MBA will definitely help you in securing the position you are aiming for.

Thanks for your response.
I agree, In some of my interviews not completing MBA is one of the drawbacks. Thats y i started up with my MBA.
But, I think some companies do take people on experience basis.

Sweta,
Your PGDHRM will definitely be helful for getting more opportunities in job. Generally the required qualification are MBA or its equivalent and PDHRM is an equivalent degree and that too from Symbiosis is very good. Now that you have already three years experience and by the time you complete your PDHRM your experience will be more giving you much mcuh opportunity to grow in your career. Go ahead with your studies and best of luck to you

While you are pursuing the course in Symbiosys, You have to elaborate on the experience in detail on your resume with bullets of critical assignments and contributions you have made, when applying for newer opportunities. The depth you have in the experience drafted would decide on the chances of getting picked up for good opportunities. There are HR professionals in MNCs doing just scheduling the interviews. By no way undermining their capabilities but the opportunities are such that decisions are made else where. Could be that, with 3 years experience you might be knowing more due to involvement in various facets of HR function end to end. detial the resume with specifics. Symbi degree would formalize your HR knowledge. But you would be a guru already by the time you complete your degree which is more important.
So it is experience for the experienced and Qualification as the icing on top.
Hope this helps.
