My concern is related to my studies. I am in the final year of my MBA in HR from Symbiosis, Pune (Distance Learning) and I need to submit a Project Report on a topic of my choice to SCDL. However, I am a bit confused on how to proceed. Even though I already have project guidance provided by SCDL, I am still unsure because the parameters they want us to follow for the project are quite new and challenging for me. I cannot say if it's difficult for everyone to understand, but it is challenging for me and I am unable to proceed. That is why I need help. I would be grateful if you, as members, could assist me by providing sample project reports on HR based on SCDL project guidelines.
I will attach the SCDL Project Guidelines below.
Please help me with sample project reports on HR based on SCDL project guidelines so that I can proceed with my own project accordingly.
