Why do you want to leave the current job? My advice is to strengthen your foundation by staying there for a few more years. You already have a gap of 4 years after graduation. There might be issues in the current job, but try to find possible ways to adjust to those situations and stay there. It is not a crime to have a 4-year gap after graduation. Even though you had a gap, someone has offered you a job. Without staying for at least a minimum of 3 to 5 years, you want to quit. This will show the interviewer that you are not stable-minded.
