Gathering information from relevant sources is very crucial for you to be successful in your assignments. For this, you may have to spend a lot of time with others in discussions and asking questions. Do you know that there is a right way and a wrong way to ask questions? Asking the right question is rather a difficult skill. When you ask questions in the right way, you not only get the right answers but also save unpleasant fallouts as a result of wrong questions.

I have prepared a PPT presentation (attached as a PDF file) which I intend to use in my forthcoming training program. Please view it and comment.

Your presentation is indeed an eye-opener. Sometimes people in the organization tend to disregard this concept, and silently, members are drifting away from such queries. Our questions should be screened to have a positive impact and to get a clearer, desirable answer. After all, we need to build a home and construct a house together even in our workplace.
