Recently, i had resigned a CMMI Level 5 company and they gave exp and relieving letter. But in exp letter, they did not mention about my performance, will it be an impact to my career, please let me know. Also please let me know, can previous employer tell any thing bad about me to the current employer, even after giving exp and relieving letter.

Format for Reliving/Experience letter varies from company to company so if your performance is not mentioned in the same, it hardly create any impact on your future employment.
Well if you had any integrity issue or performance related issue in your last employment it may reflect on your background verification conducted by your current employer.
