Exactly, these are part of HR and can be asked in an interview. Along with this information, if you have work experience with any top-class or advanced HR or Payroll software, you can mention it in your CV. It will benefit you, as many companies use these software for their HR processes. Having an experienced person who is also aware and proficient in working with advanced payroll software like Saralpayroll or any other will surely have a better chance of being selected.
