A very informative article. To be frank, sometimes I do not intentionally miss eye contact. Only later do I understand and feel how the other person may perceive it. I am sure they see us as underconfident individuals.
I now fully understand how important it is to make eye contact, stand firmly while talking, and utilize proper body gestures. The right body composure and direct eye contact can accomplish 80% of the job!
