We have employed 3 contractors for executing multiple orders in the same premises. Each work order given to these 3 contractors lasts for around 4 weeks. After completion, we then issue a new work order depending upon our orders for our clients.
I have the following questions:
1. Does the contractor need to have a labor license separately for each order every time?
2. Is there a possibility to have a common labor license issued to him for a particular period, say 1 year?
