Dear Seniors,

We have contractor workers in our company, and we are preparing the EL provision report for them with the calculation of 1 EL for 20 working days as per the Factories Act. However, my doubt is whether we need to consider their weekly off as well for the calculation of EL for them. If it is not necessary, is there any notification advising not to consider their weekly off for calculating EL?

I kindly request your help in this matter.

You have to take into account only Physically Present Days ( Or OD ) no any other days for EL calculation....
