Hi,

I was a fresher when I joined my first company. However, I left that company barely after 3 months and received the relieving letter. I later joined an MNC company, but I didn't inform my current company about my previous experience. I informed them that I am a fresher only.

Now, my query is that I only have the relieving letter with me and no email confirming my resignation. They mentioned that since I had served for such a short duration, it wouldn't be possible to provide me with an experience letter. Should I ask them to reply to my email as acceptance of my resignation? Will there be any issues in my current organization since I didn't disclose my previous experience?
