I was a fresher when I had joined my first company.But,I left that company barely after 3 months and received the reliving letter also.I joined an MNC company later on but didn\'t tell my 2 company about my previous experience.I told them I am a fresher only.Now,my query is that I have only the reliving letter with me and no email confirming my resignation.And they said that since I had served for such a less duration it won\'t be possible to provide me with experience letter.Should I ask them to write a reply to my email as acceptance to my resignation.Will there be any problem in my current organisation,as I din\'t mention about my previous experience?
