Dear Seniors,
With refernce to attached exemption of Karnataka Goverment of exemption of IT establishment...
Can it be concluded that these ITestablishment can terminate the workman without any domestic enquiry?
What are the advantages of attached exemptions.....?

Dear Ingwale
The establishment has to come up with its own Standing orders for certification by Labour Deptt. If certfied, then only the standing Orders Act (central or state) will not be applicable. This has been in practice since ages. there is nothing new in this.
