I worked in the Gulf for 5 years in a low-profile job. Now I am in India and want to apply for a job again in the Gulf. Can I produce a fake experience certificate from my previous company where I worked in Kuwait, with a different designation from the one I actually held? Is there any verification process for this fake experience for jobs in the Gulf or India?

- You worked in a Gulf country for 5 years (regardless of your profile/designation), why did you leave the job?
- Was it a contract or permanent employment?
- Have you not received an experience letter from your employer? If yes, why are you certain about faking any document?
- Do you know that if you are caught faking documents, you may severely be marked as a defaulter, and there are certain companies that are correlated to NASSCOM? Are you still willing to fake posts despite knowing the consequences leading to unemployment?
Verification from the employer mainly involves the validity of an applicant's stated work history to confirm whether the applicant has the necessary experience honestly. Lying on either document will guarantee that you won't get an interview or a job. Other large sectors have "Third Party BGVs" that engage to report the findings of the candidate's tenure, salary claims, the number of months/years of experience, and mainly if the candidate is potential enough for the ex-employer to be re-hired. Poor or divulged information may lead to employment issues. Imagine, in that case, if you decide to proffer a FAKE CERTIFICATE, you're at a loss. At times, you may also have to provide genuine phone numbers, fax, and email of the reporting person to verify the information of the applicant.
