I find it very difficult to establish a routine that allows me to gain good exposure to English. After some time, one becomes comfortable with everyone in the company, and there are no challenges. I believe I can communicate well in front of my friends and colleagues, but when faced with someone new who speaks excellent English, I become nervous. It poses a significant challenge. How can we consistently challenge ourselves to enhance our English communication skills?

Hi Navya,
Confidence and motivation are key to success in your case. It happens with many individuals what you are referring to, but never lose hope and work towards it. Don't be in your comfort zone while speaking with your friends and accept mistakes while communicating with them. The best method, which I feel, is to tackle such situations day in and day out, like communicating with strangers only. Sooner or later, you will realize that it was not a difficult task and it helps to improve. Best of luck!!
P.S. I just presumed your name from your ID. Hope, I am right. :)

@Groyalg: You got it right :)
Yes, stepping out of your comfort zone is extremely important; otherwise, you stop growing. Talking to strangers is a great way, but the challenge lies in how and where to get strangers regularly to keep talking to them to build skills.
